So it used to be Batman and Robin for our family and now, all of a sudden, it is totally about Superman...We were at our good friends the Huesmanns' house for dinner a couple weeks ago and somehow the boys got talking about Superman with Lou...someone said something about Laurie making a Superman outfit and then a week later they showed up to our Memorial day BBQ with a superman outfit for each boy! I'm sure you can imagine how excited they were! If they had it their way, they'd wear these outfits every second of everyday!
They are even adding accessories at times....this is my favorite-Super-cowboy-golf-Man!
A week after they'd been superman almost everyday, we watched Superman, the movie. I loved Luke's reaction to Superman saving Lois Lane and lifting the falling helicopter from the air: in (quiet) awe...."That was awesome".
Faye slept through the whole thing.....
